Meet Jyotsana

Psychologist. Researcher. Mother. Deodorant maker.

Not a career path they cover at university.

But curiosity rarely follows a straight line.

My academic journey began in the Pure Sciences before leading me to a Master's degree in Psychology. Over the last two decades, I've worked with organisations, leaders, and teams across industries, studying human behaviour, performance, and what helps people thrive under pressure.

I've always been fascinated by one question:

Why do things work?

And when they don't:

How can they work better?

It's what psychologists call a restorative mindset.

It's also why my family sometimes hides things from me before I decide to improve them.

Whether I'm working with leadership teams or formulating deodorant, my approach is surprisingly similar:

Observe.

Question.

Test.

Learn.

Improve.

Repeat.

I don't trust trends.

I don't trust marketing claims.

I trust evidence.

And I trust what happens when curiosity is paired with persistence.

AJUNI became the unexpected meeting point of everything I've spent my life learning: science, psychology, research, motherhood, and a deep respect for nature.

The result isn't just a deodorant.

It's a product built by someone who asks far too many questions and refuses to stop until the answer makes sense.
